Ingredients

1.5 Kg of Chicken 

4 cups of water

1 medium onion, chopped

3 table spoon full of Dibandu Herbal Tea

1/4 table spoon of Iodized salt

Direction

Chop the chicken to desired size and wash

Put the chicken in a sizable pot (non-stick preferred) and place on low to medium heat. No extra water should be added.

Allow the meat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes

You can further reduce the size of the chicken at this point

Add 4 cups of water; bring to boil and add the chopped Onions; then allow to boil for another 10 minutes. 

Add Dibandu Herbal Tea and Salt to taste.

Allow your broth to boil for another 3 minutes and your Chicken Soup is ready.

Serve hot.
